FROM YOUR TREATMENT

We offer a free 15 minute Consultation prior to any treatment. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment so you can relax and unwind beforehand.

Sorry, but no children under the age of 12 are allowed into the treatment rooms. We want you to enjoy your visit to the full.

Try not to be late! This will reduce the time for your treatment, potentially reducing its benefit and your pleasure.

Remember to switch off your mobile.

Avoid wearing contact lenses or bring some lens solution with you if you are having a treatment which involves your eye area.

It’s best to avoid massage and aromatherapy when you have your period.

Avoid swimming or sunbathing just before or after waxing.

WHEN BOOKING

We will need to know a few things to make sure we are giving a treatment that’s right for you.

Please let us know if you are under GP supervision or are taking medication.

Patch tests are required for Lash & Brow Tints 48 hours before appointments.

Please let us know if you’d like a shower.

Please let us know if you’re pregnant – we will be able to recommend treatments that are suitable and specially developed for you.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your treatment within 24 hours of your appointment, sorry but we’ll have to charge you 25% of the treatment costs.

If we should need to cancel you, we will offer you your next treatment with a 25% discount.
